Versace: from H&M to couture week

A press release from the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture stated that Versace will show on 23 January in couture week’s first official slot.

Although the fashion house never stopped producing couture, it’s Versace’s first time showing its ultra-luxe designs in eight years. Since its last show in 2004, the house has elected to present its couture collections in small-scale meetings with sittings editors (and buyers, we presume).

We can imagine the bling, the glamour and the monied front row. What we really want to know is: will Prince perform?
