Lulu Guinness opens in Burlington Arcade

Lulu Guinness has opened her first store in central London, a Burlington Arcade shop brimming with lip clutches and witty leather goods.

One of the world’s oldest covered shopping centres has gained a shot of colour and fun in its newest resident, who brought her red lips sofa and cabinet of curiosities to its storied halls.

‘I am very excited to open my new store in a London landmark with so much history,’ Guinness told us as she was en route to the store. ‘The Arcade itself is like a film set, and the store is very small, which has allowed me to put a lot of my personality into it. It is a jewel box and perfect for displaying my smaller items: notebooks, tea set, top zips and key rings, which all look perfectly in proportion!’
