Sustainable fashion is nothing new to H&M, who have been creating their Conscious Exclusive collection, alongside a number of other ethical ranges, for the past four years.
But this season they are ramping up the offering, with their best Conscious collection to-date, modeled here exclusively by Olivia Wilde, who wore the collection to present the H&M Conscious Award to Lily Cole at the recent ELLE Style Awards.
With a focus on eveningwear, the collection is not what you would expect from a sustainable collection, let alone one that comes with highstreet price tags. Highlights include organic linen evening gowns, a dress made from recycled wool and embellished with rows of recycled beads, glamorous silk separates featuring hand-drawn prints and a particularly great organic silk tuxedo blazer.
Prices range from £12.99 to £179 and the full collection will go on-sale in 200 stores worldwide and at hm.com from April 16th.
