American brand J Crew are landing on British shores with a bang. Not afraid to do things by halves, they are opening not one, but three stores in the UK over the coming months.
And while we eagerly anticipate the first opening in November, we are being tantalised with a specially commissioned shop front created by set designer and artist Shona Heath. The temporary façade features a 3D installation of London taxis in a rainbow of colours, complete with neon wheels, gold casting and J-Crew taxi lights.
With work fully underway on two other sites, at Lambs Conduit Street and Draycott Avenue, we are on official J Crew countdown here at ELLE.
