Since arriving on the Hollywood radar with a bang last year, Lupita Nyong’o has consistently made the best-dressed lists – and Jennifer Aniston apparently wants in on the action.
According to internet whispers, the former Friends star put Lupita's stylist Micaela Erlanger on her books. She's renowned for opting for classic black on the red carpet (see her Golden Globes dress, which was considered 'edgy' for her), but wants to reinvent her look in the run-up to awards season. Understandably – she is expected to receive an Oscar nomination for her role in Cake.
A source told Bang Showbiz: ‘Jen is sick of always being the “safe bet” on the red carpet and never standing out as a real fashion icon.
‘She loved what Micaela did with Lupita last year and was obsessed with every single one of her looks.’
Micaela also styles Hilary Swank, Michelle Dockery, Olivia Munn and Jared Leto, to name a few.
So, does this mean the end of Jennifer’s love affair with the LBD? We can’t wait to see what she wears next…
