He may have been considered a sure thing given that he had a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it role in the first film but, sadly, he's had a change of heart.

Nevermind; even without him the film's fashion credentials are shaping up nicely. Naomi Campbell, Karlie Kloss and Cara Delevingne are all slated to appear and, given that she masterminded their Valentino appearance, we'd be very surprised if Anna Wintour didn't crop up too.
