As if her recent (hilarious) stint on Celebrity Gogglebox wasn't enough, Kate Moss is set to return to the small screen for a BBC adaptation of David Walliam's children's book, The Boy In The Dress, this Christmas.

Kate will be doing what Kate does best – playing herself.

The story centres around a 12-year-old boy named Dennis who cross-dresses under the guise of Denise. A whole host of celebrities have signed up to star in the one-hour long family special, including Jennifer Saunders and The Inbetweeners star James Buckley.

Speaking about the show, Walliams praised his 'dream cast'.

'It is a funny and poignant story about what it is to be different,' he said. 'I hope it will make everyone who sees it, young and old, stop and think.'

Of course, this is not the first time Kate and David have teamed up for TV: who could forget Kate's appearance as Vicky Pollard's sister, Katie Pollard, in that Little Britain for Comic Relief special?
