Need something funny to kickstart your Monday morning? You need to watch Lena Dunham’s take on the story of Adam and Eve.

The writer and TV star appeared on Saturday Night Live this weekend and filmed a parody of the Biblical story. She, of course, plays Eve in the style of her Girls character, Hannah, while Taran Killam took the role of Adam Driver–as-Adam.

With a nod to criticisms that have been made about about Girls, reviews that flash up on screen include, ‘If this is feminism I’m confused – The Wall Street Journal’ and ‘Even for Adam and Eve there’s a lot of nudity – New York Times’. And Eve's lines are anything but traditional. ‘I know I committed Original Sin,’ Lena tells God, ‘But at least it’s original - give me some credit for that. Or at least a publishing deal.’
