The model-turned-actress was interviewed by German site Welt Online this week and she revealed, 'I definitely never thought of myself as model material. Me on a catwalk with all these superwomen?' She added, ' If a designer says I inspire them I'm still not sure how that happened'.
And while we think Lily's practically the perfect package with her flame-red hair and legs to die for, not to mention a brain to match (she's currently studying history of art at Cambridge), she says 'My job in the industry gave me a lot of self confidence, which I didn’t have in the past. But I don’t feel beautiful either. On the other hand I don’t feel ugly.' We should hope not.
The 21-year old also let slip that the world of modeling is not always full of glamour, champagne and outrageous personalities. 'You have to think very hard with whom you want to work, to not lose ground. I always worked with very professional people you could call boring.'
