Oh, boy: it's showtime.

Today, London Collections: Men officially kicked off in the capital, heralding the imminent arrival of spring/summer 2015.

Naturally, ELLE had a front row seat. Here's what you need to know...

Menswear a/w 2014: The catwalk round-up

At the Old Sorting Office on New Oxford Street, showed a collection inspired by space and the constellations - replete with enormous light orbs that looked like moons.

There was also a very cool mustard story, which boasted some strong knitwear - for girls, too.

At the MAN show, Bobby Abley's The Little Mermaid-themed sweatshirts sent the Twitterverse into meltdown. (We've got dibs on Ursula.)

We saw the shape of things to come for 's womenswear - square-cut blouses and sporty crop tops paired with separates made from what looked like crumpled paper.

Darkness abound at the Mercer Street studios and Nicholas Kirkwood, who'd created a special film - featuring legs walking in his shoes to a hypnotic soundtrack, and words such a 'walk' and 'wet' flashing up periodically - that played on every wall.

As for the collection, it's all about party time. Please, Nicholas, if you're reading this, can you make a girls' version of these candy-striped slip-ons?
