The British designer has revealed to WWD that the tights were originally created as one-offs, but as buyers have been requesting them left right and centre the pieces will be going into production and will form part of his brand new diffusion line.
The label, called 'Faster', is set to launch this spring and will offer up a selection of figure-hugging dresses, cropped tops and leggings - all channeling Fast's signature sexy style of course. Produced in an Italian factory rather than painstakingly handmade, the pieces promise to be more affordable than the mainline - good news for all fashion fans on a budget.
And with his collection for Topshop also launching next month, it seems that Mark Fast will be having quite the fashion moment in 2010.
