is preparing to work her print magic for adidas.

The London designer has signed up to create capsule collection of clothes and footwear for the adidas originals women's collection for autumn 2014 – and (rejoice!) we’re told it’ll be all about her ‘iconic, hyper-colour, kaleidoscopic' patterns.

‘I grew up, like so many other kids around the world, wearing adidas trainers and I'm really excited about bringing my vision to such a global brand,’ says Mary. ‘They have a fantastic heritage and their ability to innovate in sportswear makes them the perfect partner for us to work with in this market.’

adidas’ global creative director, Dirk Schoneberger, lauded her as an ‘exceptional talent.’

The deal also puts her in an exceptional club: adidas' former collaborators include such names as Pharrell Williams, Raf Simons, Topshop and Opening Ceremony, as long as long-termer (and fellow London design darling) Stella McCartney.

Seriously, soon you won't see us in anything but sportswear...
