Over the past couple of months hundreds of fashion-forward hopefuls have applied to our Shop Girl to Stylist competition, all itching to win a job at ELLE. Now, after much debate, the ELLE mentors have narrowed down the entrants and picked their 25 favourites.
The semi-finalists have now been given their first challenge, and once it's been completed the lucky finalists will be chosen. Until then you can visit the Shop Girl to Styist page to see which lucky shop girls and boys have made the cut, and check out the runners-up.
