Miley has been taking a leaf out of Taylor Swift's book and belting out headline grabbing covers each time she takes the stage on her Bangerz tour. It's not surprising that Cyrus can do a mean version of a country standard like her godmother Dolly Parton's signature Jolene, but what we are really loving are her more off the wall choices.

First it was a very passable version of the Arctic Monkey's that got our attention and now it's a totally reimagined Hey Ya! by Outkast that has us singing along.

Miley, if you're taking requests, we'd love to see what you'd do with Purple Rain.

For good measure, here are the other very random cover combos we love. Trust us when we say Taylor Swift doing Eminem isn't one to be missed...

Justin Timberlake covers Poison by Bell Biv DeVoe (with the help of two brilliant backing singers) - and reminds us that he has moves.

Patti Smith takes on Rihanna's Stay and it's glorious. We love you Patti.

Jay Z might have seemed like an odd choice as Glastonbury headliner. But I was there, and his cover of Oasis' Wonderwall was epic.

Taylor Swift covering Train's Drops of Jupiter.

And, bizarrely, Taylor doing Lose Yourself by Eminem. Yo.

And finally... Arctic Monkeys strike back with this cover of Love Machine - yep, the Girls Aloud one.
