This season Peter Dundas took on the Cavalli design hot seat, and all eyes were on him to see how his debut spring/summer 2016 collection for Cavalli would fare.

We caught up with Peter Dundas straight after the show in Milan to find out more about how he plans to reinvent the brand for a younger, sportier and modern woman.

He shared his plan with ELLE’s Rebecca Lowthorpe right after the show, adding that he wanted to honour Roberto Cavalli’s vision, and their shared love of nature and exuberant living.

He also recalls his eye-opening experience when, as a young Norwegian designer he lived with Roberto, his three geese and a monkey named Gino.
