In a move so obvious that you'd swear it already happened, Rihanna has finally scored a trademark for her own fashion empire.

The range will be called $CHOOL KIlls (sorry, $CHOOL KIlls™) and its legal paperwork covers both 'clothing products' and 'leather products' (read: shoes and bags).

The fashion industry has already banked on Rihanna with their own brands―she's a current face of Dior, had a capsule collection at River Island, and had her own M.A.C line which sold out in minutes. She's got a CFDA Icon Award and enough Tumblr fan pages to blanket every iPhone worldwide.

But will the pop goddess follow in Victoria Beckham's footsteps, turning her fame into a Net-a-Porter luxury smash?

Stay tuned...
