Ever heard the phrase ‘All the world’s a stage’? It seems Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, the designers behind , sure have. No strangers to the theatrical when it comes to putting on their New York Fashion Week show (see: sports cars on the runway; chocolate-covered backdrops), the duo are now going one step further: turning their s/s 2015 show on 7 September into a full one-act play.

Of course, this will be no am-dram affair. This is Opening Ceremony we’re talking about. No, in true take-it-to-the-next-level style, the label have got acclaimed filmmaker Spike Jonze (Her, Where The Wild Things Are) and Hollywood star Jonah Hill (22 Jump Street) on board. The pair will co-write the play, with Jonze also taking on directing duties.

Designer Humberto Leon told WWD: 'We’re really excited about [Jonze] writing and original script and seeing how this would take shape.' He’s not the only one. Jonze’s whimsy + Jonah Hill’s hilarious touch (did you see him in Wolf Of Wall Street?!) + Opening Ceremony’s style? That show really MUST go on.
