It's no secret that Team ELLE is a huge fan of the Cambridge Satchel Company and we've been waiting impatiently for the brand's first ever store to open ever since we found out about it back in November.
Now, at last, the store has opened in Covent Garden's Seven Dials. Designed to replicate the home in which founder Julie Deane famously started the company, it's filled to the brim with the fashion industry's favourite British-made bags. There's even an in-store embossing service so that you can put your own personal stamp on whichever bag catches your eye - and, to mark Valentine's Day, the service will be free all day today.
As a thank you to all the bloggers whose support of the label when it was still a fledgling start-up helped propel it onto fashion stardom, the basement of the store has been turned into a Bloggers Lounge, complete with coffee and wi-fi. So if you're looking for a quiet spot to escape from the fashion week madness in the coming days, you know where to head.
