After keeping our lips sealed for months about the identities of the winners of our first Edited by the Interns talent search, we’re proud to reveal the names of the interns behind the special issue.

This month, for the first time, ELLE have handed the magazine over to a group of winning interns, with a brief to fill ELLE’s pages with interviews, insider tips and behind-the-scenes observations. Interns got involved in every aspect of the issue, from the Sheridan Smith shoot to the Intern’s Secret Address Book.

Without further ado, the winners are…

The Interns

Originally from Cambridge, Alex graduated from Royal Holloway University with a BA in English. Her most recent work involves writing for various travel magazines at a company called Ink Global.

After studying Classical Civilisation at university, Stacy started interning for The Bite Magazine. She solely writes the blog of the magazine and all of the Fashion Week Features for this publication.

Sakaynah is curently in her final year at Southampton Solent University studying Magazine Journalism and Feature Writing. Sakaynah also interns at Love It! Magazine.

Thatwasin has recently graduated from London College of Fashion after studying an MA in menswear. He is currently helping Marios Schwab for his spring/summer 2013 collection.

Mariella has just completed her MA in Fashion and lifestyle Journalism from University of Creative Arts, Epsom. She is also currently the London Correspondent for Summary Magazine and writes her own blog www.notesonallure.com

Sophia is currently studying Fashion Promotion and Imaging at UCA Epsom. Sophia is interning at Kid Style Junkie.

Carly is about to start the 3rd year of her degree at University of Creative Arts at Epsom. She has interned at H PR London as well as just finishing her latest internship with Liberty of London.

After moving from Toronto to London, Heather followed her passion to pursue a career at a luxury fashion Magazine. She is currently interning for Isango.

After moving to Australia, Jemma was interning for Australian photographer Andrew Maccol. Her duties entailed digital operator, art director, model agent and digital re-toucher.

Faye is currently assisting various make-up artists within the UK including Florrie White, Jo Frost and Natasha Laws.
