Vanessa Paradis to front Miu Miu plus Lindsay's new job
Vanessa Paradis will be the new face of Miu Miu for autumn/winter 08 replacing the current poster girl for the brand, Kirsten Dunst.
There are no further details regarding the campaign, other than it is to be shot by iconic fashion photographers Mert and Marcus so we're expecting nothing short of amazing. Vanessa has previously starred in campaigns for Chanel.
Rumour has it that as well as signing up Mrs Johnny Depp for Miu Miu, parent label Prada has also tapped super Linda Evangelista as the face of Prada autumn/winter 08.
In related news, Lindsay Lohan, not content with fronting her own collection of leggings (click now to read all about it) has been signed up to a five year deal with fashion brand Fornarina. The Italian label produces everything from bags to beauty products to denim and the first pics of Lindsay will appear for spring/summer 09, ahead of flagship store openings in London, Paris and New York. It's hoped that Lindsay's world wide fame will help the brand go global. Watch this space.
