The fashion designer and ex-Spice Girl was named UNAIDS Global Goodwill Ambassador in 2014, visiting Ethiopia in October to promote AIDS prevention, care and education.

Ms. Beckham, renowned for her elegant tailoring and impeccable personal style, has now directed her fashion nous towards philanthropic pursuits. The simple white tee designed by Victoria, costing £90, is emblazoned with a graphic screen-print featuring a heart with two red campaign ribbons for eyes. She has also designed a gold keyring draped in red ribbon for £165. Both of VB’s designs can be bought from her Mayfair store in London and online.

The proceeds of both items will go towards raising fund for charities and initiatives supported by UNAIDS.

Today, Victoria said: 'We have come such a long way in the fight against AIDS. Huge global efforts have created proven results, and more and more people are accessing treatment and prevention services. But we are not there yet. There are still people being left behind due to gender inequalities, stigma and discrimination and lack of resources.'
