Leave it to Dolly Parton and Katy Perry to have the most fun—and wear the brightest outfits—at Sunday night's Academy of Country Music Awards. Perry made her country awards show debut to present Parton with the Tex Ritter Award for her TV movie, Coat of Many Colors.

The singers had tried for years to perform together, and Perry even tried to get Parton to perform with her at the Super Bowl. So the two simply had to sing together during the awards show, they say. Parton and Perry performed the classics "Coat of Many Colors," "Jolene," and "9 to 5."

The result was a whole lot of nostalgic, booty-shaking, tongue-in-cheek fun, complete with two vocal powerhouses who know how to have a good time.
