The line of exclusive-run products promises desirable pieces produced in small batches—just 20 to 50 versions of each garment.
The first collection, spanning day, evening and outerwear looks, consists of 70 pieces. There’s a monochromatic leather dress, a shearling-lined biker jacket and a few luxe jacquard dresses too.
‘We decided to stretch our creative wings this year and allow ourselves the luxury of designing a small tightly edited collection of what we consider to be the most covetable pieces of the season,’ Whistles CEO Jane Shepherdson said in a statement. ‘When we had created it, we realised that we couldn’t do without it, and it became our Limited Edition.... it is the epitome of what Whistles is all about—effortless luxury.’
The line launches on Whistles’ website today and will appear in stores in early September.
