It’s October. The month of pumpkins, clocks going back and Breast Cancer Awareness.
Tommy Hilfiger is a long standing supporter of the initiative, and this will be his sixth year to partner with Breast Health International, so he’s brought a few famous friends along to celebrate.
Charlotte Gainsbourg stars in the campaign for the latest limited edition handbag, and she’s shot by none other than Drew Barrymore. Who knew the actress was a dab-hand at fashion photography? Granted, her job was made a little easier by having the divine Miss Gainsbourg and a rather fetching tote bag as her subjects, but we're impressed with the results.
The bag, meanwhile, is a refreshing departure from what we’ve come to expect from Breast Cancer Awareness merch, in that it’s not pink. Instead it features Tommy’s signature colour palette of navy, off-white and russet red, which is beautifully offset with rose gold hardware.
The limited edition oversize tote will retail at £255, £100 of which will go directly to the fund for living, a global initiative which provides help in providing treatment to women living with breast cancer.
