If you don’t want to look like a walking glitter ball, wear sequins with caution – pair your sequined item with low-key basic pieces and go for clean-cut styles. Denim and cashmere are great fabrics to pair sequins with; how about a sequin roll-neck under a pair of dungarees? Or a slouchy cashmere jumper over a pair of sequin flares.
And if you’re still not convinced daytime sequins are for you… at least get on board with a handbag.
