As well as punky bad girls, and Dolce's troop of models dressed like the Queen, there was another woman storming the catwalk this season. A tough, warrior woman whose winter uniform is made up of architectural shapes, sharp edges, and fierce silhouettes, inspired by architectural design and modern art.
Part nineties minimalism, part futurist-chic, this translated into a strong silhouette, geometric patterns on everything from suede boots to knit dresses, scaffold like heels and exaggerated shoulders.
This is a look for the fashion maverick, but is sure to create an impact whether you want to look formidable in the boardroom or on the dance floor.
