It's nearly time for H&M's latest designer collaboration to hit actual and virtual shelves. If you're after a piece of the Kenzo goodness, you'd better be prepared - it's bound to be a scrum...
When does it go on sale?
Set a reminder on your phone now for 9am (GMT) on Thursday, November 3rd. That applies to both online at hm.com and in-store shoppers.
Will I have to queue outside the shop?
Yes. As ever, this collaboration is expected to prove extremely popular, meaning that there will be a queuing system in place. When you arrive at the store you will be given a coloured wristband that will indicate your allocated time slot to shop. Each group will contain just 20 shoppers and there will be 5 minutes between each slot. Make sure you wrap up warm, you could be waiting outside for a little while.
How long do I have to shop in store?
Just 10 minutes – so make sure you know exactly what you want before you get there by clicking through our gallery of every single piece in the collection. This is not the time for browsing.
How many items can I buy?
Only one of each item. It may seem strict but this is so everyone can have a bite of the Kenzo x H&M cherry. This rule applies to clothes, shoes, bags and accessories bought online and in-store.
There's too much to choose from - what should I buy?
If you're a bit overwhelmed come November 3rd, we'd recommend opting for the tiger-logoed sweatshirts (£39.99) and t-shirts (£24.99). The brand is probably best known for it's iconic tiger head logo sweatshirts, so these are a great, classic buy at a fraction of the price. Another predicted hero piece is the folksy ribbon dress (£149.99).
I've had second thoughts. How do I return a Kenzo x H&M item?
It's important to be aware that you will have just 3 days to return any items bought in-store. You must have the receipt and the item must be in perfect, unworn condition. However, accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If you purchased pieces online, the standard 28-day returns policy and conditions apply – read more about them here.
Which H&M stores will stock the collection?
H&M has a handy store locater that tells you which stores the collection will be available in all over the world. For UK and Ireland shoppers, you'll need to head to one of the below stores for a slice of the action:
Westfield Shopping Centre
103-111 Kensington High Street
174-176 Oxford Street East
234 Regent Street
Westfield Stratford City
Bullring Shopping Centre
41-43 Princes Street
68-70 Market Street
23-27 College Green
Help, I wasn't quick enough! Any other ways I can get hold of the collab?
A last resort is eBay, which will no doubt be full of Kenzo x H&M items within a couple of hours of the on-sale time. You could also hold out for items returned to stores - remember, shoppers have just 3 days to make returns, so it may be worth dropping into your nearest participating store in the days following the launch just in case.
