Whether it's taking advantage of your lunchtime to do one of 2018's most talk-about fitness trends, or heading to the local Sainsburys to buy some skimmed milk, ambling around in athleisure outfits is pretty standard now.
So, this might help to explain why ASOS has launched its first ever activewear range, ASOS 4505.
Launching this Thursday 15 February, the new range sees rainbow-coloured prints and textures come together - whether its a bright yellow sports bra and cropped pink bomber jacket or holographic striped shorts and black floral-printed hoodies.
With an aim to empower customers whether 'they prefer running or raving', the collection offers high-quality performance and functionality, with designers implementing reflective details on jackets and compression fabrics to aid movement and support muscles.
Seamless garments are also available for yoga and Pilate lovers, with hidden pockets for keys, phones and earphones.
ASOS says: 'The design team have taken dynamic prints and colours from key fashion trends and merged them with seasonless technology ensuring your playtime has personality and you get the best results.'
The brand's first ever fitness range follows the company's More Reasons To Move campaign earlier this year, which cast a diverse range of male and female models including freestyle footballer Liza Zimouche, DJ Jessica Skye, body positive and disability advocate Mama Cāx and LGBTQA+ activist Kiddy Smile.
If the thought of hitting the treadmill tonight has you wanting to curl up into bed with Netflix instead, treat yourself with a piece from ASOS 4505 and find that extra bit of confidence to sweat it out in style.
