Everlong Mascara, £20 by YSL at Boots
Disguised in YSL’s classic gold packaging is a rather techie looking ‘flexi wand’, designed to make application easier and more accurate as the brush bends with the curve of your lashes. The product was super light when applied, yet I only needed two coats to get a lovely thickening effect. That day, through tears and torrential rain there was not a smudge to be seen, although after a swim it did run slightly which was disappointing. This mascara is good for everyday, especially for humid offices and city weather, just perhaps not a purse friendly purchase for hardcore swimmers.
