Part of a series of events in partnership with the Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction, on Monday 27 October, ELLE will be holding the fourth ELLE Book Club: Live.

To celebrate the publication of her latest novel, The Taxidermist's Daughter, best-selling author Kate Mosse will be reading from her new book, set in the stark and gothic surroundings of a small Sussex village in 1912. When one night a body is found, the lives of a young girl and her father, whose home is filled with the remnants of a once successful taxidermy museum, are irrevocably changed. Part ghost story, part pshychological thriller and 100% brilliant, this is our essential winter reading, and October's ELLE Book Club pick.

Held in The Apartment at the The Hoxton, Holborn, Mosse will be reading from her chilling novel, answering your questions and leading a discussion on your thoughts.

Supported by publisher Orion, the £25 ticket price includes a hardback copy of the book (RRP £16.99) posted direct to your door, drink and canapés. So put 27 October in your diary – but hurry, there are a very limited number of tickets available to buy. The full event details are below.
