Celine Dion is absolutely slaying it right now - her outfits and power ballads are giving us life.

It turns out that the power of Celine's love has reached farther than the ELLE office, all the way to Libreville, the capital of Gabon.

Samuel, a 17 year-old boy, was recorded performing a spot-on rendition of Celine's The Power of Love.

The video was picked up by Barack Nyare Mba, a popular Gabonese blogger.

The gorgeous interpretation was enough to warrant our #SPREADJOY tag alone, but Celine upped the anti when she posted the video on her Facebook for all of her 23,363,113 followers to see, adding a heartfelt message to Samuel:

Samuel, your talent is as big as your voice. I'm touched my songs have travelled all the way to you and hope we have the chance to meet one day. May all your dreams come true. Keep singing like you do. When music comes from the heart, it knows no borders! Céline xxx

Samuel has told AFP the he was 'overwhelmed and very surprised' by the message from the superstar.

Apparently he has been approached my some producers from TV singing contests in France and the Ivory Coast.

'I wasn't expecting that,' he said. 'I haven't got a phone or a Facebook account, it was my brother who told me Celine had shared my video. I just hope that one day I can meet her for real.'

We hope so too Samuel, a duet with you two would prove to us dreams really do come true.
