Blue Ivy Carter was one of the only children to witness the greatest birthday party of 2016, aka Beyoncé's Soul Train–themed bash last night. She dressed up in festive attire, gave her mom the sweetest birthday shout-out, and pulled the same move you would when a cake looks that good and all eyes are on Beyoncé: She snuck a quick taste of the frosting.
