Over at Elle we've covered mental health in a number of different ways recently.
Anxiety disorders are the most prevalent of all mental disorders and many people are trying to be open about their own journeys with the disorder.
Our March issue looked into the prevalence of anxiety and we constantly look to give writers who want to talk about their mental health problems a platform.
We want to try and contribute to changing ideas and stigmas surrounding issues of low self- esteem and anxiety.
Zayn Malik has been notably open with his battles, unfortunately having to cancel a couple of gigs because of it.
And it seems others are following suit, and Britney Spears in the most recent celeb to admit her insecurities around it.
She said in a recent interview, 'Oh, I'm so weird, I get nervous in a lot of situations.
When there are a lot of people around, I'm a weird, anxiety-ridden person.'
Of course we're aware that Britney has had her hurdles, but that she can gain control of her problems and now is talking about it just gives us another reason to love her.
Not that we need one.
Britney has been, for want of a better word, absolutely slaying.
With her new album coming out we're looking forward to more amazing Britney VMA performances and adorable Instagrams.
