Zayn Malik has been notably open with his battles, unfortunately having to cancel a couple of gigs because of it.

And it seems others are following suit, and Britney Spears in the most recent celeb to admit her insecurities around it.

She said in a recent interview, 'Oh, I'm so weird, I get nervous in a lot of situations.

Parties, clubs.

When there are a lot of people around, I'm a weird, anxiety-ridden person.'

Of course we're aware that Britney has had her hurdles, but that she can gain control of her problems and now is talking about it just gives us another reason to love her.

Britney has been, for want of a better word, absolutely slaying.

With her new album coming out we're looking forward to more amazing Britney VMA performances and adorable Instagrams.
