Hollywood's new favorite couple is officially mom-approved!
After Selena Gomez and The Weeknd made their red-carpet debut together at the Met Gala on Monday, the latter decided to share an adorable photo from the evening to Instagram—and amongst the tens of thousands of comments it received, there was an extra-special one that stood out from the pack.
As Teen Vogue reports, Selena's mom Mandy Gomez commented on Abel's Instagram on Monday evening, making her approval of their relationship crystal-clear by expressing just how thrilled she was to see the couple looking so happy.
"Glowing, smiling, looking health and equal love," she wrote. "Mama is happy XO."
