Finally, some good news from the world of air travel: Delta is now serving complimentary Prosecco to all passengers on international flights.

While white and red wines, beer, and spirits have long been complimentary beverage options on Delta, the introduction of sparkling wine is worth toasting to.

Earlier this year, Delta began offering complimentary Prosecco to First Class and Delta Comfort+ passengers, but sadly Main Cabin customers still had to pay $9 for the bubbly. This latest announcement from the company applies to all travel classes, so now even economy class travelers are getting in on the fun.

"Sparkling wine is often the first choice for a celebration and we know how special it is for people to jet off on a trip so we wanted to bring the celebration to them," Lisa Bauer, Delta's vice president of on-board services, said in a statement. "Offering complimentary chef-curated food and drinks throughout the flight is one of the things that sets Delta apart and we're upping the ante again with our mini bottles of Prosecco."

In the often stressful world of air travel, a perk like free Prosecco can be a serious game-changer. So cheers to you, Delta. And to other airlines: take note!
