Turns out Jennifer Lawrence – who was noticeably absent from Golden Globes festivities last night – almost went to the after parties. But halfway through getting ready, Lawrence decided to bail because of her friend/plus one, Emma Stone.
The actress explained in a Facebook video she just posted from Golden Globes night:
"Well, you had told me you wanted me to be your date to the after parties so I, you know, got us tickets to some after parties, booked a car, and I was halfway through glam when you told me you didn't wanna go," Lawrence declared to the friend who was filming her. "You just wanted to come over to my house so I sent my hair and mak-eup team home and now this is what I look like."
