Jessica Alba may have a billion-dollar company and dozens of movie credits under her belt, but that doesn't mean she's immune to normal, new-mom struggles, like breastfeeding on the go.

Alba gave birth to her third child this January and has been sharing pictures of baby Hayes on Instagram, along with his sisters Honor and Haven. She's posted several pictures breastfeeding Hayes, most of which are from the comfort of her own home (where she recently binge-watched Grace and Frankie, in case you were wondering). But sometimes, busy moms need to feed their children mid-errand run, and Alba isn't holding back from sharing those moments either.

Last weekend, Alba added a selfie to her Instagram story showing her and Hayes in a Target dressing room. The caption also read 'tired eyes,' because yeah, she's got three kids and approximately three full-time jobs.

Target has been open about their breastfeeding-friendly guidelines, which support women breastfeeding in stores. According to The Bump, Target advises employees to offer the fitting room, not the bathroom, as a place to feed if a customer asks, and says not to approach a women if she breastfeeding out in the open. The policy reads: 'Guests may openly breastfeed in our stores or ask where they can go to breastfeed their child.'

Some Target stores even have 'nursing nooks' with comfortable chairs, breast pads, and breastfeeding covers for moms to use. Kudos to Target and Alba for helping to normalise such a natural action.
