Yes, big news folks: the Beyoncé vegan delivery diet is here (well, it’s in the US, but surely that means it’ll come our way soon), and it’s about to change the way you eat forever. Prepare to embrace the tofu.

So what’s the story? Well, her royal Mrs Carterness has teamed up with her trainer Marcos Borges to launch 22 Days Nutrition, a service that delivers vegan meals that are organic, gluten-, soy- and dairy free over a period of, well, 22 days. The idea is that it takes 21 days to form food habits, so if you follow the plan for just three short weeks, on day 22 you'll look EXACTLY like Beyoncé (maybe).

She first followed the plant-based plan in 2013 along with husband Jay Z, as part of a pre-Christmas fitness kick. And if it’s good enough for Queen Bey, quite frankly that’s all the persuasion we need to need to swap our steak for a sesame-cabbage lentil bowl (an actual meal on the diet, by the way).

And who knows? Perhaps this is just the start of our Beyoncé life overhaul. Seeing as we’ll have her figure in three weeks’ time, we’re thinking that a Beyoncé wardrobe delivery service could be next – a new sequined gown, lurex hot pants or leather leotard to your door each morning (wind machine available with the premium package)? And then comes stage three: the Beyoncé dance delivery service, including expert instruction in thigh wobbling and booty shaking, plus a complimentary entourage of backing dancers to flank you wherever you go?
