Look away if you want to keep your childhood memories intact.

Disneyland has released a video in which a man, who inexplicably seems to be using his ear as a keychain, discusses the new Guardian of the Galaxy ride.

Turns out it will be replacing the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror drop ride which has been at the park for 12 years and has become a staple of the Disney experience.

As well as vomit-inducing fear, the tower has also provided many people with much-loved unflattering photos, which are snapped at the top of the tower.

It seems people are pretty passionate about the closure of this experience, so much so a petition has been started in an attempt to reverse plans of it's replacement.

Meanwhile, back in Blighty, our own beloved ride, Bubbleworks, is closing down at Chessington World of Adventures.

If this music means anything to you, you have been lucky enough to travel, in a rotating bathtub no less, through Professor Burp's fizzy drink workshop.

Tragically, the tubs will be making their final journey on the 6th September 2016 to make way for a yet-to-be announced ride to open in March 2017.

Much like the Tower of Terror, fans have taken to Twitter to voice their upset over Bubbleworks' farewell.

We're with them, is nothing sacred anymore?
