Since his birth in December, Saint West has made just a few appearances on Kim Kardashian's Snapchat and one official outing in public. This week, that changed when Saint was not only photographed by paparazzi yesterday on his way to his great grandmother's birthday but also filmed for mama Kim's Snapchat this afternoon.
