Cara Delevingne, the squad member who published the first Instagram-official shot of Hiddleswift at Taylor Swift's Fourth of July party, also gave the first real explanation of the kind of shenanigans that went on inside the house.

One night, Delevingne scared the crap out of Swift and Hiddleston and nearly got the cops called. As she explains to James Corden:

So Kesha, she was sleeping on the top floor with the Haim sisters and they were all in this creepy area of the house. And they'd been watching like murder mysteries all day, so me, Ruby Rose, and Uzo [Aduba] decided to become a ghost crew and started making like this massive plot to scare the crap out of them, basically. We got torches, speakers, we did sound effects, we were going to do like walking chairs with bits of thread like outside. I mean, we went full in....

We waited until they went to sleep at about 4 A.M., told Taylor and Tom because the security was massive and we didn't want to get shot. It's America....

We kind of set up, and it took a bit of turn for the worse. They basically nearly called the police, which is funny because we were like, 'I love that you would call the police if you think there's a ghost outside your house.' That's why there should be real Ghostbusters, just in case. So yeah, we had to tell them.

Hiddleswift also couldn't handle it: "They got woken up, and they came upstairs and Uzo was over in the corner with a light in her hand, holding a speaker. I was throwing myself on the floor punching things, and they were like 'AHHH!' Like screaming, and they were like, 'Let's go back downstairs, and leave this scene.' [Tom] was peeing himself in the corner." If only the Instagram album had that shot....
