Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch (adorable name, non?) has put his money where his cute little otter mouth is by investing in a start-up called Tentrr.

Tentrr is, essentially, Airbnb for campers.

Camping enthusiasts will be able to engage with landowners through the app to find a spot to pitch their tent.

Tentrr will have filters such as seclusion rating and different spots will have different levels of amenities, some spots just being the ground you walk on and some coming equipt with blow-up mattresses, loos and fire pits.

The app is already available in the US but Cumberbabe's cash is helping with the transition across the pond.

Cumberlicious apparently loves a good old hike, saying last year, 'I love hiking…It's great to get away in nature. It's grounding.'

Cumberbumpkin once even almost killed James McAvoy on a perilous walk in the Brecon (Cumber-)Beacons.

McAvoy recounted the tale of how they set out on a mission to get some steak-and-kidney pie, 'We finally started walking up this mountain, Pen-y-Fan, at half past three, and of course the cloud came down.

But I though: 'I am not stopping because of your bloody pie'. So we kept walking and ended up with 5ft visibility.

It was brilliant, though – this sheer drop, 1.000ft down, just to your left.'

Oh, silly Cumberbilly, hopefully your new Cumberbusiness will fare a little Cumberbetter…
