After being arrested during a peaceful protest on Monday, actress Shailene Woodley has returned to social media to double-down on her efforts to fight the construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, the Divergent star shared a message of solidarity with her fellow protestors, who are against the controversial oil pipeline's construction because they believe it will threaten the main water source of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe's reservation.

"One day, baby, we'll sing our poetry," Shailene wrote. "The words dripping from our tongues wet with ripened patience. And the lyrics, the sweet fruits born from the seeds our aging hands are now sowing. #AlwaysInAllWays #HeartForward #UpToUs #NoDAPL #ProtectCleanWater #IAmOnYourSide."
