Adult colouring books have exploded recently as people search for ways to cope with the stresses of modern life.

'Colour therapy' supposedly declutters the mind as it forces you to concentrate on one task, blocking distracting thoughts. And it's a lot quicker than a yoga session and less weird than meditating at your desk. It also brings creativity to those who are lacking it elsewhere in their lives.
