If you've always known there's a book in you, but don't know how to go about writing it, then this exclusive ELLE event could provide the perfect inspiration.

From incredible authors (hello, Laura Barnett) to big-name agents, we've lined up some of the most exciting names in publishing to bring you a panel talk on how to start writing your book and what to do with it once you've put pen to paper.

The evening will be chaired by ELLE's Literary Editor Sharmaine Lovegrove, who, as co-founder of Dialogue Scouting, spends most days reading manuscripts of all different genres, to see whether they could work on both the small and big screens.
