Brad Pitt is coming to Netflix. The actor stars in an upcoming original film called War Machine, a satirical, "absurdist war story" following a four-star U.S. general (Pitt) who is glorified while commanding the NATO forces in Afghanistan, but is later taken down by a scathing exposé.

The film is based the book, The Operators: The Wild & Terrifying Inside Story of America's War in Afghanistan, by the late journalist Michael Hastings. Pitt is accompanied by a star-studded cast that includes Tilda Swinton, Topher Grace, Sir Ben Kingsley, Anthony Michael Hall, Will Poulter and more.

Pitt has clearly transformed for the new military role, sporting peppered gray hair and a bizarre smile.
