Oprah, who demonstrated her adept retail politics on the set of A Wrinkle in Time last week, giving the people what they really want and whipping up fresh margs for her fellow cast members, is reportedly considering a presidential run.

Praise Je Go Beyonc I mean, Oprah.

A guest on the second season premiere of The David Rubenstein Show: Peer to Peer Conversations–which we had never seen but now believe to be our oracle, a fortuneteller, maybe the bible–Oprah was asked whether she would ever consider running for president. Rubenstein, the show's host and our new national hero, pointed to Oprah's widespread popularity and the fact that still no woman has ever been elected to our nation's highest office.

"I never considered the question, even a possibility," Oprah said.

But "it's clear," Rubenstein interjected, "that you don't need government experience to be elected President of the United States," the specter of a less-loved celebrity who now occupies the Oval Office hovering over the studio.

"That's what I thought!" Oprah said. "I thought, 'Oh gee, I don't have the experience. I don't know enough. And now, I'm thinking, 'Oh! Oh.'"

Did you hear that glimmer of possibility and hope? Now she's thinking oh!!!!!!!!!
