Starting in September, Prince George will attend prep school Thomas' in Battersea, which costs £6,110 a term and advises against having best friends in case it hurts the other kids' feelings. (Could not make this up.)

"Their Royal Highnesses are delighted to have found a school where they are confident George will have a happy and successful start to his education," said a spokesperson for Kensington Palace.

The school's principals, Ben and Tobyn Thomas, informed parents of the news Friday, reassuring them nothing would change after George starts his schooling.

"The Duke and Duchess have made it clear that they do not wish Prince George's attendance at Thomas's to change its aims, values, or ethos in any way," they wrote in a message. "They would like, as far as is possible, for him to enjoy the same education that all of our pupils receive and for them to join the school community as all of our new parents do."

The mixed-sex institution teaches children to "be kind" and focuses on sports and drama. And according to its website, Thomas' places importance on more than just academia–that a child's happiness and values are crucial to any education.

"Whilst we are proud of our record of senior school entrance and scholarship successes, we place a greater emphasis on a set of core values, which include kindness, courtesy, confidence, humility, and learning to be givers, not takers."
