Like every other normal person in the world, Gigi Hadid doesn't find the dreaded plank position easy. She's shared what thoughts and techniques keeps her going while doing the ab-strengthening move.

Talking as part of Reebok's #PerfectNever self-betterment campaign, the model was interviewed by her boxing trainer, Rob Piela, while doing the plank - an arduous task if ever there was one. She struggles and gets chastised by her instructor, but still manages to explain a few easy ways to remain positive (calling your mother and eating well both score high), before sharing the mantra that always makes her feel empowered.
