13 Reasons Why season two has finally been officially confirmed, and while the wait for more is going to be long and awful, the creators are not making us wait for spoilers. In a tweet this evening, Netflix confirmed the following key information:

1. We'll see other characters' perspectives on Hannah's story. This is intriguing, because season one can basically be read as solely Clay's POV on Hannah as he listens to her tapes.

2. Jessica's story will continue. We'll see her trying to recover from her sexual assault, and return to normal life. When we left her in the season one finale, she seemed to be about to tell her father about her rape.

3. There will be a narrator. It won't be Hannah.

4. There will be no more tapes. Which is a relief, because having a second character mimic Hannah's whole setup would be straight-up silly.

5. The season will explore toxic masculinity. Specifically "the way we raise boys up into men, and the way we treat girls and women in our culture – and what we could do better in both cases.

6. Bryce brought to justice. The smug, abusive jock who raped both Jessica and Hannah will "hopefully get what's coming to him", per Netflix's tease.

We also know from showrunner Brian Yorkey that Hannah herself will reappear in season two, presumably in flashbacks from other characters' POVs.
